Table
Belgian beech (Fagus sylvatica)
2023
300 L x 100 W x 76 H cm, 150 kg
A monumental piece that tells its story through the wood. The rough texture of the trunk stands against the refined work of the hand: sturdy legs turn into a fine tabletop, where each layer opens a new chapter. The Warande table came out of Sonian's collaboration with the Antwerp design practice Studio Part and was shown at the Belgian Design Pavilion in Milan.
Design: Sonian with Studio Part, Antwerp. Photography: Amber Vanbossel.
