We are a cooperative with the mission to make the best use of local wood from the Sonian Forest. We do everything it takes to go from local hardwood to contemporary design furniture.

We closely cooperate with different partners along the value chain and organise the sustainable production of local high-quality wood products. From the purchase of standing trees to the final use in interior architecture or design projects, we coordinate the entire process.

The Sonian Forest! Which is a unique periurban ecosystem of approximately 5000 hectares just outside of Brussels.

The forest hosts spectacular groves of hardwood trees and has been recognised as UNESCO World Heritage site in 2017.

The forest has been planted at the end of the 18th century to produce wood for Brussels – and we’re here to close the cycle. Our job is to make sure that all steps along the way (harvesting, milling, drying etc) are as sustainable, local and qualitative as possible.

We are all of that. We have a specialised workshop to craft wooden objects. We design some of our projects in-house, but we often collaborate with other designers, architects and artists. We have our own collection and shop, but we also exhibit with other galleries and fairs.
